Apricot Chicken
Apricot Chicken
—Yield 8-10 servings
1 package onion soup mix
1 tsp curry powder
8 oz apricot jam
8 oz Catalina dressing
Mix and pour over 6-8 chicken breasts cut into 3 pieces each.
Cook 5-8 hours on low in crock pot.
